Vince Lagioia is a Senior Specialist for the Practice Design Portfolio, working primarily on Implementation and Continuous Practice Improvement (CPI) projects. Vince works closely with practitioners and agencies on implementation plans, providing expertise in support, training and coaching.
Complementing this work, Vince has an active role in developing data capture and reporting systems that support CPI by our clients.
Projects benefiting from Vince’s leadership expertise include the smalltalk Implementation Project; the Purposeful Play Programme Development Project; Kids First CPI Replication Project; smalltalk Scale-up Project; Uniting Domestic & Family Violence Implementation Support Project; and the Windermere CPI Project.
Prior to joining the PRC, Vince worked as a psychologist at the Victorian Government Dept of Human Services in Child Protection. He has also managed a Behaviour Interventions Support Team and a multidisciplinary Specialist Children’s Services Team in various metro and regional offices in Victoria.
