Parenting resources in languages other than English
Professionals working with families in culturally and linguistically diverse communities can now access a newly curated collection of parenting resources in more than 20 languages other than English.
The collection is available on the leading website raisingchildren.net.au – a partnership between The Parenting Research Centre, the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute and the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne.
The site now houses its substantial collection of more than 450 languages other than English resources via one easy-access web page that will act as a handy referral tool for practitioners. The resources include free articles, videos and picture guides on topics such as daily care, nutrition, sleep, child disability and more.

“With more than 21% of Australians speaking a language other than English it is important that multilingual parenting resources are readily available and come from a trusted source.”
