Tracey Gibson

Tracey Gibson is an experienced executive, board director and enabler of people. She has worked across a broad spectrum of health and human services. Currently the CEO of Prom Country Aged Care in South Gippsland, she worked in the Uniting Vic Tas network as General Manager and was CEO of one of the founding agencies (UnitingCare Gippsland). Tracey is the Deputy Chair of the Parenting Research Centre Board and Chair of their Governance Committee.
Tracey’s understanding of the issues affecting parents and families in a rural context is built on her experience in community services management and as a director of a regional health service, where she served as Chair and Life Governor, and member of the Inner Gippsland Child Youth Area Partnership to address systemic issues in the out-of-home-care sector. She has worked alongside Indigenous organisations and marginalised groups to strengthen capacity to address their own needs.
Tracey is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds a Master’s degree in Human Services Management and in her spare time enjoys coaching others to connect them to their purpose.
