Evaluation
Evaluating Australia’s efforts to deliver programs that help families is increasingly important. This is because funders are seeking to invest their limited resources wisely.
We bring a distinct advantage to conducting evaluations: our real-world experience. Importantly, this makes our end-product much more than just an academic exercise.
Our evaluation team has:
- extensive knowledge of the service system, particularly in child welfare
- deep skills in implementing evidence-informed programs
- comprehensive clinical experience and practice skills.
Improved quality is key
As a result, we’ve worked with a wide range of government departments and NGOs to evaluate the effectiveness of many policies, programs and services and their implementation. These range from small-scale, single-agency interventions through to large national projects with multiple partners and locations.
Another thing to note is that we take an ‘implementation informed’ approach to our work. This means any analysis completed or data collected must help improve quality. Because we’re committed to making sure you have what you need, you will be able to effectively capture and manage quality improvement data long after we’ve ‘left the building’ .
We offer evaluation as a stand-alone service or in tandem with any of our services.
