Kate Spalding has vast experience across project management, knowledge translation, policy analysis, and research and evaluation. As Senior Project Manager for our Practice Design Portfolio, Kate manages large-scale projects, including the Permanency Practice Framework, Emerging Minds, NGO Telepractice Venture, and the smalltalk Scale-up Project working with the Paul Ramsay Foundation.

Kate previously held senior roles at The Benevolent Society as Senior Policy and Research Officer and Manager of Strategy and Planning before that. She also has experience with the NSW government, having worked for the NSW Department of Communities and Justice and NSW Commission for Children and Young People.
